DATA PROTECTION

Privacy Policy

Effective August 24, 2026

Artwork4Print respects the privacy of customers, visitors, administrators, and production users.

This Policy explains the information collected, how it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

1. Information collected

We may collect account details, contact information, billing and shipping addresses, product selections, designs, uploaded artwork, brand assets, proofs, approvals, order history, support messages, notification preferences, and administrative records.

2. Technical and usage information

Systems may record IP-related security data, browser and device details, timestamps, requested routes, session identifiers, authentication events, error references, and activity needed to protect, diagnose, and operate the service.

3. Payment information

Payment-card information should be collected and processed by authorized payment providers. Artwork4Print does not intentionally store complete card numbers or card security codes in its local database. Payment references, status, totals, and limited transaction metadata may be retained.

4. How information is used

Information is used to create accounts, authenticate users, save designs, calculate prices, process orders, generate proofs, coordinate production, deliver products, provide support, communicate status, maintain records, prevent fraud, enforce policies, improve services, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Artwork and uploaded content

Customer artwork may contain personal information. It is processed to provide design, proofing, printing, fulfillment, support, and lawful recordkeeping. Customers should avoid placing unnecessary sensitive personal information in artwork or support messages.

6. Sharing information

Information may be shared with authorized staff and vendors that provide hosting, payment, email, printing, fulfillment, shipping, fraud prevention, security, analytics, or professional services. Information may also be disclosed to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

7. Cookies and sessions

Essential cookies maintain authentication, CSRF protection, cart state, and session continuity. Browser settings may block cookies, but essential features may then stop working. Secure deployments use HTTPS with Secure, HttpOnly, and SameSite cookie protections.

8. Data retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, preserve designs and orders, resolve disputes, maintain backups, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and satisfy tax, accounting, contractual, or legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type.

9. Security

Safeguards include password hashing, prepared database statements, CSRF protection, role-based authorization, secure sessions, private-path restrictions, upload controls, activity logging, HTTPS, and protected storage. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users must also protect their credentials.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal information. Some records may be retained when required for orders, security, taxes, legal claims, fraud prevention, or other lawful purposes.

11. Children

The service is not directed to children who cannot legally consent under applicable law. A parent, guardian, school, ministry, or organization submitting content involving minors is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions.

12. International and third-party processing

Service providers may process information in different jurisdictions with different privacy laws. Third-party websites and services have independent privacy practices, and users should review them before submitting information.

13. Data incidents

Artwork4Print will investigate suspected incidents, contain risk, preserve appropriate records, and provide legally required notifications. Users should promptly report suspected unauthorized account access or disclosure.

14. Policy changes

This Policy may be updated as services, technology, vendors, and legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the latest revision. Continued use after an update is subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.

15. Contact

Privacy questions and requests may be submitted through the Artwork4Print Support Center. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.
