Terms of Use
Effective August 24, 2026
Please read these Terms before using Artwork4Print.
By accessing the website, creating an account, uploading content, approving a proof, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service description
Artwork4Print provides tools for configuring products, creating designs, uploading artwork, reviewing estimates and proofs, purchasing customized products, and communicating about production and fulfillment. Features, products, materials, production methods, and availability may change.
2. Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect your password, restrict access to your account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. Your email address functions as your login username. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless prohibited by law.
3. Customer content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you lawfully own. By submitting text, photographs, logos, trademarks, fonts, designs, or other material, you grant Artwork4Print a limited license to store, process, reproduce, modify for production, display as a proof, and transmit that material solely to provide the requested service.
You represent that you possess all permissions required to use and reproduce submitted content. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, threatening, exploitative, or privacy-violating material. Artwork4Print may reject, suspend, or cancel work that creates legal, safety, technical, or reputational risk.
4. Design tools and production quality
Customers are responsible for checking spelling, grammar, dates, phone numbers, addresses, dimensions, orientation, safe zones, bleed, image resolution, product color, print side, and selected options. Automated warnings and design-quality checks are aids and do not replace customer review.
5. Proofs and approvals
A proof represents the approved design version and selected configuration. Approval authorizes production. Changes requested after approval may require new pricing, production time, materials, and proof approval. Artwork4Print is not responsible for customer-approved errors except where required by law.
6. Color, materials, and tolerances
Displays vary, printing processes use different color systems, and physical products have manufacturing tolerances. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a written color-match service is purchased and accepted. Product dimensions, placement, trimming, folding, coating, and material appearance may vary within reasonable industry standards.
7. Pricing and payment
Estimates may include product price, quantity adjustments, setup charges, artwork services, finishing, rush production, discounts, taxes, shipping, and other selected services. Final charges may change if specifications or artwork requirements change. Production may be held until payment is authorized and required approvals are received.
8. Production, shipping, and pickup
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless a written guarantee states otherwise. Artwork review, customer revisions, proof approval, payment, carrier conditions, weather, supply availability, equipment interruptions, and events outside reasonable control can affect timing. Risk of loss and title transfer as provided by applicable law and the selected delivery method.
9. Cancellations, refunds, and reprints
Eligibility depends on order status, customization, materials purchased, work completed, proof approval, and applicable law. Customized products generally cannot be resold. Report manufacturing defects, damage, shortages, or incorrect items promptly with supporting information. Approved remedies may include correction, reprint, replacement, credit, or refund.
10. Acceptable use and security
You may not probe, disrupt, overload, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted content, impersonate others, misuse accounts, access private artwork, or attempt to discover internal files. Security restrictions—including blocked PHP filenames—are intentional.
11. Third-party services
Payment processors, carriers, email services, analytics providers, and other vendors may apply their own terms and privacy practices. Artwork4Print is not responsible for third-party systems beyond obligations imposed by applicable law.
12. Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties not expressly stated in writing. Artwork4Print is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Artwork4Print from claims arising from your submitted content, infringement, unlawful use, account misuse, or violation of these Terms.
14. Changes and termination
Artwork4Print may update these Terms, suspend features, or restrict accounts for security, legal, operational, payment, or policy reasons. Material revisions will be identified by an updated effective date. Provisions that logically survive termination remain effective.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the Artwork4Print Support Center. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
